Placed between the plaza Grote Markt and the Nieuwe Haven (water). It's a small place, with just regular people. Some of the pot is very good, but they don't have a big menu. Foosball table, TV (mostly soccer) and some gamemachines. Nice place to sit down for a while, take a cup of tea and a smoke.
