Big one. They got a parrot. Nice menu also, like the Supermarkt. Good prices, 7 euros and above.

You can't sit there, but they got some seats outside, and that's nice if the weather is good (or wear a warm coat, the joint will heath you up lol). The service is good and the they aren't too lazy to show you the weed and advice you, if necessary. The weed has a good price and they even have days where you can get more for less. All things put together; as long as I smoke, Hugo de Groot is the place for me.

I've been there one night during C Cup last November 2007. They seemed nice - no chairs, no tables and we was very very high that night (me and Mrs). We bought some White Widow that was ok.
