It's the best place in Vlissingen to sit down and have a smoke (as it is the only shop in town with some chill area). A rather dirty place though (noticed some dust around the sitting area). They were offering pretty cheap Jamaica weed, a few varieties of higher quality indoor weed and some hash when I've been there. The place is visited mainly by locals.
