High Times has a very touristy feel and look to it and for sure already due to their central location they cater to a lot of tourists. However the menu has a nice amount of choices in it and all the smokes are of high quality and of reasonable price. The below mentioned Friday party-bag for 25 euros is still being offered and is a great deal. All the cashiers have been clearly selected for their English speaking skills and extrovert attitudes which makes this a really easy coffeeshop for tourists to visit without any of the sassy attitude or short-selling you sometimes see in more closed-up shops for locals. Even though the decor may be a bit tacky and touristy like previously mentioned it is still comfortable. Even though I have lived in Haarlem already for a while now and am able to comfortably infiltrate even the most local coffeeshops, I still return to High Times for their nice menu and attitude.

On Friday they do a party bag where you get 5g for 20 Euros but you have to be quick coz they go like hot cakes.

Great place! Or at least it must have been as I can remember little else. I think the people were very pleasant.

We found it to be very kick back with some of the best weed we had in all of Holland. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back to High Times on our next trip. Worth a day trip to Haarlem from Amsterdam.

Located on one of those pedestrian streets behind St. Bavos (going opposite direction of Empire and Sativa). Has outdoor sitting area in front, free computer use for customers, nice wares, friendly staff. Enjoyable stop

It was closing when we went in, but the staff was helpful and allowed us to make a purchase. They have a display case a la a diner's pie case spinning around with a stunning variety. We bought some "magic" bud, which was good but not entirely magical. I really enjoyed this spot and plan to go back during the day in October.
