We found it to be very kick back with some of the best weed we had in all of Holland. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back to High Times on our next trip. Worth a day trip to Haarlem from Amsterdam.

Located on one of those pedestrian streets behind St. Bavos (going opposite direction of Empire and Sativa). Has outdoor sitting area in front, free computer use for customers, nice wares, friendly staff. Enjoyable stop

It was closing when we went in, but the staff was helpful and allowed us to make a purchase. They have a display case a la a diner's pie case spinning around with a stunning variety. We bought some "magic" bud, which was good but not entirely magical.
I really enjoyed this spot and plan to go back during the day in October.
