Coffeeshop Djaktie was a haunt of mine during the late 80's it was run by a Surinam guy called Jim. I heard it closed down and the guys relocated to a spot over by Kinkerstraat, I forget exactly where, but the shop was called Jeronimo. Don't know if that's still there. Maybe they managed to get back to that same place. The hash was always ok, nothing for the hash-snobs, didn't like the weed. This shop was really like a social club and had a very friendly vibe. I don't live in Amsterdam anymore, I was very surprised to see Daktie on your website after all this time.
